The villa has a total of five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Four of the bedrooms are placed together in one pavilion, two of which enjoy direct pool access. Two powder rooms are also provided in the same pavilion for the utmost convenience. The master suite is located on a large separate pavilion, together with an additional room that currently serves as a study area.

Surrounded by the pavilions is the villa’s swimming pool with LED lighting and an adjoining reflection pool with an ionizing freshwater system. Made for alfresco feasts, the villa also has an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill, wok burner, sink, and bar fridge. Outdoor lounging areas are provided by a 10-seater marble table, an outdoor sala with daybeds, and sun loungers with umbrellas. There’s also an overhead sala sitting right above the teak double door entrance. Adding more charm to the outdoor setting is a Buddha fountain right next to the sala, and water ponds located near the entrance.

The villa also comes with modern conveniences which include fast Wi-Fi connectivity, an automatic watering system for its gardens, and a 10-meter deep well that ensures a year-round water supply. Additional features include a laundry room, double garage, and ample storage space.

Situated near the Laguna complex, the villa enjoys convenient proximity from the international airport, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping centers.
